The Ohio State University will take the field on Saturday wearing newly redesigned Nike Football uniforms, unveiled online earlier today.
Inspired by Buckeye tradition and a commitment to innovation started by the legendary Woody Hayes, the new uniforms feature an updated design and fabrication. The updates begin with the classic Buckeye stripe, both on the aggressive chrome helmets and on the sleeves, which cleverly integrate the stripe onto the Nike Pro Combat Hyperwarm baselayer below. A Flywire-equipped collar provides enhanced lockdown, while Nike Chain Maille Mesh technology, incorporated on the back and under the arms, reduces weight and improves thermoregulation.
