In what has become a tradition for the University of Oregon football program, the Ducks will take the field tonight at Autzen Stadium wearing brand new, state-of-the-art Nike Pro Combat uniforms.

The season opener's "retro-futuristic" uniforms pay homage to Oregon's football heritage, utilizing retro Kelly Green and Yellow Strike blocking for the jerseys and pants. To keep things futuristic, the uniforms also integrate a new wing design on the shoulders, in addition to chrome details on the facemask and Vapor Talon Elite cleats.

On the technical side, the new uniforms use the latest in Nike Chain Maille Mesh technology, Nike Pro Combat Deflex padding layers, redesigned base layers and Flywire-reinforced jersey collars.

The Ducks take on the reigning Sun Belt Conference champion Arkansas State Red Wolves tonight at 7:30 PM PST.
