Nike LeBron Designer Jason Petrie pretty much laughed at the idea that this new LeBron 9 Low was inspired by Bubblicious gum, mainly because they're actually linked to the Miami Heat's Floridians Hardwood Classic uniforms. Somewhat reminiscent of the "Galaxy" All-Star LeBron 9 Mid, the shoe sports a bright orange Fuse-constructed upper, accented by Cherry on the midfoot hardness, inner lining, heel logo and Swoosh border. White handles LeBron signature on the tongue, Swoosh branding and the midsole, while the full-length Max Air unit and translucent outsole have been treated to Floridian stripe detailing.
