Kicks on Cards: Card of The Week with the Air Jordan XII "Playoffs"

The player and shoe on this card need no introduction.

We're less than a week away from the return of the Air Jordan XII Black/White "Playoffs" colorway on April 21st, so the shoe to feature in the Kicks on Cards Card of the Week is an obvious choice. Here we see Michael Jordan wearing them in a picture straight from the 1996-97 NBA Finals.  Just a year after MJ and the Bulls defeated the Seattle Sonics in the 1996 Finals while wearing the iconic Air Jordan XI, he was back to the Finals again in 1997 against the Utah Jazz in another one of his greatest shoes: the Air Jordan XII.

After playing in the predominantly white colorways of the Air Jordan XII during the regular season, Jordan switched to black colorways for the 1997 NBA Playoffs where he wore the Black/Varsity Red "Bred" AJ12 for away games, and these "Playoffs" for home games.  On this awesome Upper Deck Collector's Choice card we get a great shot of MJ and the shoes, as well as a look at Dennis Rodman's signature Converse All Star 91 (not to mention big bad Greg Ostertag!).

Who will be grabbing a pair (or more) when they return this Saturday?
