We're now a little less than a month away from another one of the Jordan Brand's most anticipated 2012 releases. Originally released in 1997 and last reissued in 2004, the "Playoff" Air Jordan 12 was worn by Michael Jordan in the '97 All-Star Game, but is commonly associated with his postseason run for ring number five. The shoe sports a black tumbled leather upper with white textured leather mudguards. Additional details include silver on the upper eyelets and Jumpman tab and Varsity Red hits on the tongue and heel. A reinforced white sole completes the look below.
This set of photos not only gives us a look at the "XII" Air Jordan Collection hang tag that will accompany the shoes, but the new 2012 Jordan Retro packaging as well. The "Playoff" Retro 12, retailing for $160, will drop on Saturday, April 21.
