On the heels of last night's step back buzzer beater in Milwaukee, adidas Basketball has officially unveiled the "School of Hard Knocks" adiZero Rose 2.5, which D-Rose debuted during the second half of the 2012 NBA All-Star Game.

The colorway has been linked to his time at Simeon Career Academy and the University of Memphis, but is in fact inspired by his upbringing in the rough Southside Chicago neighborhood of Englewood. There, Derrick began his path to the NBA by honing his craft at Murray Park, known for attracting ballers with physical styles of play. Tumbled, full-grain black leather and luxury blue nubuck not only rep Rose's hometown, but provide a smooth off-court look.

You can pick up a pair today at Eastbay and Foot Locker.
