Almost 12 years later, Nike Sportswear is celebrating the 2000 men's olympic basketball team's gold medal run with a limited release of the classic Shox BB4.

Rocked by Vince "Half Man, Half Amazin" Carter during the 2000 Olympic Games, the olympic colorway of the Shox BB4 is most notably recognized as the shoe that propelled Carter over French 7-footer Frederick Weis for one of the most iconic dunks of all time.

The Olympic edition of the Shox BB4 will return to retail almost identical to their original release back in 2000, utilizing a combination of white and midnight navy. Hits of varsity red set them apart from the original release, seen on the tongue and heel detailing.

The Nike Shox BB4 Olympic is scheduled to release this summer at select Nike Sportswear retailers. Be sure to stick with Sole Collector for further details.
