One of the feel-good stories from the 2012 NBA All-Star Game is the selection of Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who will appear in the game for the very first time tomorrow night. Aldridge is posting up an average of 22 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists per game, lifting the injury-plagued Blazers to playoff position at the break.
For his first All-Star Game, the man simply known as L.A. will be lacing up this "Galaxy" Player Exclusive colorways of his preferred Nike Air Max Hyperdunk 2011. The shoe sports a bright red synthetic upper with contrasting gold Swoosh branding and trim along the collar. Nike's colorful galaxy print takes over on the laces and inner lining, while a "Christmas" LeBron 8-like speckled midsole adds a little flavor below.
Be on the look out for LaMarcus' PEs tomorrow night when the NBA All-Star Game tips off at 7:30 p.m. on TNT.
