With free agency on the horizon and a likely departure from New Orleans, the Jordan Brand held back on dropping New Orleans colorways of Chris Paul's CP3.V, instead rolling the model out in a couple simple black and white-based styles to play it safe. The move paid off, as a December trade sent the All-Star point guard to Los Angeles, where he's now part of the 'Lob City' Clippers squad. While this new CP3.V dropping in March isn't an exact Clippers colorway, it's the closest of the released pairs we've seen thus far.
The shoe sports a Flywire-embedded Stealth Grey synthetic upper, helped by Light Graphite mesh paneling along the collar, side panels and tongue. Varsity Red handles the laces and Jumpman branding, while white appears on the heel pull-tab and inner lining. Graphite returns for the midsole, which sits atop a white, red and grey rubber outsole.
Expect this new Jordan CP3.V to hit retailers in March.
