One could say the 1999 re-release of the "Cement" Air Jordan 4 jumpstarted the sneaker culture as we know it today. Nearly 13 years later, the classic is set to return again in celebration of the model's 23rd Anniversary. This time around, the "Cements" are packaged in a vintage '89 Flight box and accessorized with an orange Jumpman hang tag. The wait on these won't much be longer, as they're set to hit Jordan retailers like Miami's Mr. R Sports on Saturday, February 18.
