Following last year's much talked about "Grinch" Hyperdunk 2010 PE, Los Angeles Lakers forward Pau Gasol once again laced up a pair of special kicks for Christmas Day, also inspired by teammate Kobe Bryant's festive sneakers. While Pau's Hyperdunk 2011s don't feature a leopard motif or any "Kobe Skin," they take on the general color scheme of Kobe's "Christmas" VII, including a purple synthetic base, red laces and volt accenting.
Like Gasol's Christmas Hyperdunk 2010, these don't appear to be heading to retail anytime soon, but you can expect sample pairs to make the rounds in the future.
