The 2012 NBA All-Star Game will be played in Orlando this year, so all eyes will be on Dwight Howard while he reps for his hometown fans in the midst of a plethora of trade rumors. Prior to the break, adidas will introduce Dwight's signature shoe for the second half of the season - the adiPower Howard 2. The new model is equipped with the brand's miCoach real-time audible training system, a feature we'll also see on Derrick Rose's adiZero Rose 2.5. Other tech features include a newly designed TORSION System, ALIVE cushioning and Cilia traction for enhanced grip.
Pictured here is the "Away" Orlando colorway, sporting a black leather base with broken glass detailing on the side panels that is symbolic of Dwight's power. White outlines clear TPU stripes and handles the midsole, while a bright blue semi-translucent outsole caps off the look below.
The adiPower Howard 2 will launch on February 9. Retail is $100.
