While the original Omar Salazar Nike SB pro-model wowed many with its synthesis of classic skate aesthetics and new nike technology, the new version of the shoe seeks to provide wearers with a better shoe to skate in.
The Flywire and Zoom Air technology of the first Salazar pro-model are gone, replaced by a lightweight Lunarlon insole and vulcanized sole for better responsiveness and feel. The new LR version also features a one-piece suede toe box, in addition to a slimmed down tongue and collar.
