It seems like every couple of years the sneaker industry, or at least a portion of it, goes through a maturing phase, where the loud and boisterous colorways with bold graphics are set aside for a more reserved approach. Along with that simple approach often comes better materials and less branding, similar to high-fashion clothing brands like Perry Ellis or Kenneth Cole, just in the form of sneakers.

Never Broken is a new line, backed by DC Shoes, that will hit retailers this fall. They're designs fall somewhere between high-end casual and skate shoes, and feature impressively high quality materials not often seen on these styles. Most noticable about all of the designs is the lack of big logos taking up the side panels. Designs include the running inspired Boost Unrestricted that will feature premium goat suede and mesh material combos, which will also make their way onto the low-cut Lennox Unrestricted silhouette. More skate-like silhouettes from the Holiday lineup include the cup soled Landau Mid and vulc soled Tonik Mid.

Coming from the DC Shoes camp, the NVRBKN line uses technologies like DC's "Pill Pattern" outsole pattern for traction and their UNILITE technology to keep things lightweight. Look for the Never Broken line to arrive at premium boutiques this holiday season.
