With adidas' focus currently being placed on developing lightweight performance footwear, it's only fitting that they are rolling out what they describe as their "fastest Pro Model to date." Tipping the scales at just 12.7 ounces, the new Pro Model 0 features a synthetic and patent leather upper with TPU 3-Stripes and breathable mesh panels. The brand's iconic shell toe has been completely reinvented for the Pro Model 0, constructed with lightweight SprintSkin technology. A molded EVA midsole and Z-Torsion system keep the foot comfortable and free-moving below, while a non-marking rubber outsole provides traction.
Seen here are new images of the Pro Model 0 in University Red/White/Black, Collegiate Royal/White/Black and Forest/White/Black. Available in August, the shoe will retail for $85 and will be available to customize on miadidas for $105.
