Tonight, Dallas Mavericks point guard Jason Kidd will make a third run at an NBA Championship in his sure-to-be Hall of Fame career. The 17-year vet began his career wearing notable Nike signatures and associated sneakers in the 90s and looks to end his career wearing shoes from Chinese upstart PEAK. Since joining the brand back in the summer of 2008, Kidd has been the recipient of three signature sneakers, the latest release simply called the PEAK Jason Kidd III. Here's a closer look at one of the colorways Jason has worn this season.
Decked out in Mavs colors, the shoe features a white leather upper with black working the collar, laces and inner liner. Blue wraps from the midsole and extends into a thick layered external heel counter, and also takes care of detailing on the tongue, branding on the side panels and personalization on the heel. A white rubber outsole completes the look below.
Though PEAK has made great strides in adding American NBA endorsers in recent years, availability stateside is virtually non-existant. If you're interested in owning the Kidd III, Air-Randy is selling a run in this colorway from size 7 to 11 on eBay.
