Here's our first look at Kevin Durant's signature shoe commemorating his second-straight NBA scoring title. KD recently posted this colorway of the KD III up on his Facebook account under the name "Scoring Title Road," which suggests there's an alternate colorway waiting for him when he gets back to Oklahoma City. Tonight, he'll debut this road-friendly colorway in Dallas when his Thunder take on Dirk Nowitzki and the Mavericks in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals.
The shoe sports a dark grey exterior with Thunder-inspired blue and yellow accents. As is the case with all of Durant's signature shoes, the story is told with the symbolic detailing, which once again salutes the people and places that helped Durant reach the pinnacle of NBA scoring. The etched detailing on the side panels and forefoot is similar to the prints used for Nike's Black History Month Collection. Familiar callouts include 'WP' for his parents and Barry Farms, where Durant lit it up for a memorable 62 points.
Check out detailed photos of the road Scoring Titles below and look for them in Game 1 tonight.
