As some of you may know, yesterday's WDYWT? SC Spotlight was highlighted by an incredibly clean pair of the '99 Air Jordan Retro 5. And although they aren't exactly alike, this year's upcoming release of the black/metallic silver Air Jordan Retro 5 will do just fine for Air Jordan fans worldwide.
Black suede replaces the nubuck used in the past throughout the upper, with metallic silver taking it's usual place on the tonuge, midsole and branding throughout. Varsity red works the tongue logo and lacelock, completing the classic look on the Air Jordan Retro 5.
The Black/Metallic Silver edition of the Air Jordan Retro 5 is set to release at select Jordan brand retailers this August.
