Sole Collector Celebrity Sneaker Watch: Spike Closes Out MSG In Blue Knicks Spiz'ike

words // Brandon Richard

It's sad (or funny, depending on where you stand) to say that another New York Knicks season has ended with legendary film director Spike Lee being the most passionate man wearing blue and orange at Madison Square Garden. The Knicks made some major moves this season and returned to the playoffs for the first time in seven years, but unfortunately for Spike at the NY faithful, won as many playoff games this postseason as they did in the previous 6 absences.

In Spike's words, it's time to pack up the blue and orange Knicks gear for another summer and dust off the white and navy Yankees apparel. Before doing so, Spike lived up to a promise that he made on Twitter the other day, breaking out the blue-based Knicks colorway of the Jordan Spiz'ike for yesterday's Easter contest. Channeling his inner Lloyd Christmas, Spike completed his 'fit with a matching orange hat and scarf.

Take a look at some pictures of Spike from yesterday's game below.
