The Heatles completely strike me as the type of guys that speak to each other on the phone the night before a big game and coordinate outfits. Obviously they don't have much of a choice when it comes to uniforms, but debuting new White/Varsity Red PEs on the same night? It's no coincidence!
Okay, maybe I'm reading into a little too much. There probably weren't any any phone conversations, but like teammate Dwyane Wade debuted a new Air Jordan 2011, LeBron James debuted a new White/Red PE colorway of his signature shoe in Saturday's game against the Denver Nuggets.
Similar to the launch colorway of the Air Max LeBron 8 V/2, this pair features a white synthetic and mesh upper and is primarily accented by varsity red on the tongue, laces, Swoosh and 360-Max Air unit. You'll also notice some hints of yellow on the Swoosh border and outsole design.
