Nike Zoom Kobe VI - Two Colorways - May 2011

More colorways of the Nike Zoom Kobe VI will be hitting stores in May.

words // Steve Jaconetta

While it seems that the Nike Zoom Kobe VI line can't possibly release in more colorways, that can't be any further from the truth. The Kobe VI is showing no signs of slowing down, with plenty of colorways still set for future releases.

In April, four colorways are set to release throughout the month including the "Playoff Pack." A month later in May, two more colorways will be releasing. One at the beginning of the month and the other towards the end of the month. First one up, the "Purple Gradient" colorway we've all seen a few times already. This colorway features a purple gradient upper (hence the nickname), along with a white Swoosh and midsole finished off with a purple outsole.

Then, we have the "Draft Day" colorway inspired by the team that originally drafted him, the Charlotte Hornets. This colorway has been seen on previous models so its no surprise that it made its way onto the Kobe VI. These feature an all white upper with hits of purple and black and chlorine blue. Both colorways will be a general release and retail for $130. You can expect them everywhere previous Kobe VI colorways have been sold such as Nike stores, Nikestore.com and Eastbay. Which colorway do you plan on getting?
