The latest colorway of the Jordan Phase 23 Hoops comes in a traditional Chicago look. The heavily perforated white leather upper is accented by multi-colored lace supports, mesh side panels, red textile inner liner and a black heel. The lower portion of the tongue is done in red mesh, while the upper is finished in black patent leather. A black stripe runs along the midsole, leaving red rubber to finish off the outsole. These are expected to hit retailers in June and retail for $110.
