For months, we've seen Grammy-nominated hip hop producer Swizz Beatz preview a collaboration shoe with Reebok. The high-cut shoe combines vintage and modern design cues with midsole cushioning reminiscent of Reebok's Hexalite technology.
Remaining nameless up until this point, the shoe now has its own micro-site on the official Swizz Beatz website. Not only has a new colorway of the shoe been unveiled on the page, but there's also a bit of information about how fans can enter a contest to name the Swizz Beatz x Reebok shoe. Entering the contest is simple; just head to the contest page, click the 're-tweet' link and submit your name for the shoe on Twitter. A winner will be announced on February 16th.
The new Swizz Beatz x Rebook shoe features a dark charcoal suede upper with croc-textured side panels. The inner liner is done in a tan color, while the outsole is finished in red. We'll continue to follow-up with information for the Swizz Beatz shoe as it becomes available.
