With 13 NBA games scheduled for Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, we saw more than 20 different sneakers from the 2011 Nike, Converse & Jordan Black History Month Collection hit the hardwood. One player who didn't wear a special make-up was Paul Pierce, who stuck with the standard home colorway of his Nike Air Legacy 2 signature shoe when the Celtics one-upped the Orlando Magic in their playoff re-match.

Though he didn't lace up a special shoe on MLK Day, Nike did create a Black History Month colorway of the Air Legacy 2 for Paul to wear. Perhaps something we'll see hit the court next month, the shoe sports the familiar BHM black leather upper with gloss detailing on the toe, forefoot and heel. Paul's nickname, "Truth," is debossed across the midfoot cross-strap. Metallic gold accents a contrast design on the side panels, as well at the Swoosh, upper lace eyelets, tongue logo, #34 on the heel and Max Air unit. The intertwined green, gold and red Black History Month logo also adorns the heel of the shoe.
