It seems like new pictures of Dwight Howard's SuperBeast by adidas are surfacing on a daily basis, a trend that continues today. Seen here is the SuperBeast East, rumored to be Dwight Howard's All-Star shoe. This SuperBeast sports a black full-grain leather upper with a patent toebox. A scratch design is seen on the side panels, while the Three Stripes are cross-patterned and appear to feature some graphic work. Blue works the inner liner, lace eyelet tabs and adidas branding on the toe. The white Twist cushioned midsole gets a little flavor from translucent blue and red sections.
While the overall design of the SuperBeast East is pretty lazy in my opinion, it may confirm speculation of a red, white and blue themed All-Star Game started by the "LA" Zoom Kobe VI. Hopefully, like we've seen with other SuperBeast colorways, this shoe undergoes some changes between now and February. Thoughts?
