Though it hasn't been so easy to get the general public to anoint Deron Williams the NBA's best point guard, the same can't be said for the general mangers of the NBA. In their annual league survey, GMs named Deron Williams the league's best floor general, receiving 50% of the votes. Williams enters this season without Carlos Boozer as a teammate, but having gained Al Jefferson to play Malone to his Stockton. He'll also enter this season fitted with player exclusive colorways of the popular Nike Zoom Hyperfuse sneaker. Fortunately for Williams and/or Jazz fans, one of Deron's styles will be available at select retailers this fall.
The Williams Hyperfuse exclusive feature a black synthetic and mesh base, with help from green hits on the tongue, inner lining and outsole. Royal blue offers a little color as well, seen on the Swoosh, Hyperfuse tongue branding and Deron's "D8W" logo on the ankle.
