After two mediocre seasons were posted by Chinese hoops start Yi Jianlian, the versatile 7-footer seemed to find a groove last year. Yi saw statistical improvements in nearly every major category, including points per game, rebounds per, steals per, blocks per and field goal percentage. Then, in an effort to free up some cap space this summer, the New Jersey Nets shipped Yi to Washington, where he'll join John Wall, Gilbert Arenas and Andray Blatche in an effort to turn the Wizards franchise around. To kick-off his tenure with the Wizards, Nike has created player exclusive colorways of the Hyperdunk 2010 for Yi. We have a detailed look of one of the pairs for you today.
Yi's "away" Hyperdunk 2010 PE sports a black synthetic upper, accented by royal blue along the collar, heel, inner liner and laces. Metallic gold makes an impact in a major way, appearing on the side panel Swoosh logos, external heel counter, ankle cut-outs and Yi's logo on the tongue. Black once again teams up with blue and gold on the midsole and outsole to finish off this exclusive. What do you guys think of Yi's Hyperdunk 2010?
