With little fanfare, David Lee decided to take his talents to Oakland this offseason, signing a free agent deal with the Golden State Warriors. Lee has averaged a double-double in three out of his 5 NBA seasons, including last season when he also finished fourth in overall rebounding. His high level of play earned him his first ever trip to the NBA All-Star game in Dallas, Texas.
At the All-Star game, Lee wore a player exclusive colorway of the Air Max Rise. Seen here are detailed images of that very shoe. Like the other Eastern Conference All-Star shoes from Nike, this Air Max Rise features a chlorine blue synthetic base, with black working the Swoosh, laces, midsole and patterns on the heel. Lee's nickname, "D Lee", appears in white on the heel. White rubber finishes the look on the outsole.
