words_Brandon Richard To celebrate the release of the second Daewon x Almost Love Child shoe, Korean pro skater Daewon Song re-filmed a good portion of the run he originally filmed in the 1991 World Industries skate film, Love Child. The video features a split-screen view of Daewon performing his classic flatground lines trick-for-trick at the same schoolyard spots seen in the original video. The Daewon CT Almost x Love Child shoe features a black suede-based upper, with blue suede working on the heel. Blue mesh works on the tongue, while green mesh lines the inside. White hits appear on the upper ankle and lateral logo. Completing the look is a non-slip white rubber vulcanized sole. Also incorporated into the shoe is DVS' Bruise Control Technology, which applies extra padding in places of need. With a retail price of $64, you can pick these up at their site now. Take a look at additional photos below, as well as the video of Daewon's Love Child re-creation.
