words_Brandon Richard We finally got our first look at the Reebok Zig Slash earlier this month. The shoe, as expected, received a wide range of reactions. Some intrigued by the fresh design, some skeptical of the busy look. Whatever the case, it was the first time in a while that Reebok was able to generate a lot of talk with a basketball shoe. Perhaps this second colorway will be able to win a few of those skeptics over. We see a black upper with mesh-revealing triangle cuts on the toe and side. Silver works on the Vector logo, while a vibrant yellow is used for the Zig Tech sole. While there have been some concerns that traction for this shoe would be poor due to minimal use of rubberized traction on the toe, the actual Zig Slash release will utilize rubber traction on both the toe and heel to prevent slippage. These will hit retailers, like Footlocker, this December. via Footlocker Unlocked
