words_Brandon Richard In the early 90's, a group of kids in Brazil filmed a skating video that helped shaped the Brazilian skating culture. The directors, Alexandre Vianna e Ricardo Koraicho, have revisited the images from that video to create an all-new documentary called Dirty Money. To celebrate the documentary, Nike is releasing the SB Dirty Money Pack. In the pack is a purple suede SB Dunk Mid and a grey canvas Blazer. The Dunk Mid was inspired by film director Alexandre Vianna, who is now also the editor of Cemporcento Skate magazine. The purple suede and denim alludes to the saturated colors they'd see in the film when they made copies. The Blazer was inspired by Fabio Cristiano, a skater profiled in Dirty Money. Colors used on this shoe were chosen based on clothing that Cristiano wears in the documentary. The stripes, denim, and canvas were used on both pairs to represent the preferred fashion of that time period. Lace dubraes on both shoes feature a dollar sign on top of a VHS tape. This pack is a Brazil exclusive and will be released on May 11th, the official release date of Dirty Money.
