words_Brandon Richard Today is the day when Sneaker Con makes its triumphant return to New York City. In case you're unfamiliar with Sneaker Con, it's an event where collectors and vendors showcase their collections, as well as engage in face-to-face transactions. Available will be some of the most rare and sought after sneakers on the market, from brands including Nike, adidas, Reebok, and New Balance to name a few. In addition to sneakers, there will also be vendors selling vintage clothing, accessories, and collectibles. With two successful conventions under their belt, Sneaker Con looks to hold their biggest event yet. The home of the May 22nd event is 151 Sullivan Street in New York City, a 10,000 square foot venue in SoHo, Manhattan. Expected at the event are forty vendors, DJs spinning music, a special display by adidas, and a showcase of never-before-seen KAWS toys from the private collection of Lev from Toy Tokyo. Big names like Dr. Jay's, OSneaker, CitySole, and Kixclusive will also be in attendance. So if you're in the area, stop by Sneaker Con today at noon. Admission is $10.00.
