words_Nick Engvall As arguably the best player in the NBA, Kobe Bryant has inspired countless silhouettes and colorways. He's been the reason behind some impressive footwear creations both for on the court and off the court. This latest "Kill Bill" Pack is one of the more creative off court ideas to come from the Kobe creative suggestion box at Nike. Kobe's nickname the Black Mamba came from his love for the movie Kill Bill, which those who've seen the movie recall was also the nickname of Uma Thurman's character in the film. Using the Big Nike and Auto Flight High, Nike has created colorways that tie directly into the film. The theme couldn't be a better fit for New York's movie themed sneaker boutique Extra Butter, where you can purchase the shoes now. The graphics and colors that make their way onto the shoes actually match the DVD set almost perfectly. To top off the Kobe theme, the infamous "Death List", has been placed on the insoles, of course with a Kobe twist. Two names have already been crossed off the list, Pierce and Allen of the Boston Celtics. The #3, #4, and #5 spots unfortunately didn't fit on the insoles, but Nike did leave it to our imaginations as to who will be next. Any predictions?
