And Now, For Your Chicago Bulls!
A trip to the Chi Town including a game and tour of the offices.
words_Jordan Hagedorn All those years watching MJ and I had never seen a Bulls game live or the landmark Jordan statue outside the United Center. A couple weeks ago, I finally decided to make the trip to Chi Town to see what it was all about. Started with the classic Jumpman outside the arena and had to zoom on the IXs. Peep Video of a much anticipated sports moment for me >>> Chicago Bulls Intro We had solid seats, behind the hoop about 15 rows up. A game is not a game without the super talented entertainment. Hello Luvabulls. And of course the Matadors. The Bulls ended up getting the win over the lowly Bobcats and then it was off to see the Bulls Offices. I can only imagine the buzz around the United Center when Michael played, so to be heading into these doors was a pretty sweet feeling. I never even got to any conference rooms as the lobby stole my attention. There were three big collages featuring tons of Bulls memorabilia including the shoe that started it all from 1985. You gotta love that they saved the Champagne Bottle from the First NBA Title Celebration. I can only imagine the excitement and happiness that came over the media when they were sent this letter. Last but not least, there was a jersey from MJ's rookie year along with a signed pair of original Air Jordan I's in a case that I had to get a close up of. Truly an awesome experience to see the statue, a good game and the aura of where it all went down.
