This is a very special and unique version of the Air Jordan 2 Retro. These were designed by a boy named Sheridan Brenton. These are part of the 2007 Doernbecher Charity pack that Nike & Jordan Brand are very involved with each year. All proceeds are to help the Seattle Children’s Hospital and for research to help find cures. These were sold exclusively at select Niketowns throughout the U.S. as well as at nike.com. Colorway and design was inspired by Sheridan’s school as well as his love for religion with his favorite verse from the bible, Proverbs 8:28, stitched on the tongue. Even though the boxtag price is set at $115 they retailed at $140. But who really cares anyway, it was for a great cause.
