Well all good things must come to an end. Lucky for us there's a thing called "retro's." But back in 1990 that was not even thought of. So with that being said this was the final colorway released for the original Air Jordan V. The "fire red" as many call it due to the colorway description and red be the predominant color on the midsole unlike the first colorway which featured a black midsole.

Well as it has been tradition the past few years, we get an original Bulls colorway of an Air Jordan Retro for Christmas time. This time it is the "fire red" Air Jordan V. Key features in these is the black tongue just like the original which did not have the 3M tongue as well as the number "23" stitched on the side.

In true Air Jordan tradition the third colorway of the original Air Jordan IV is in traditional Chicago Bulls fashion. Bearing the colors white, black, and red these got their nickname of "fire red" from the description of the colorway on the box.

In continuing the tradition of commemorating Spike Lee for everything he has done for Jordan Brand, the "fire red" Air Jordan IV Retro gets a little twist. An added Mars Blackmon face laser printed on the side of the shoe makes it unique. Other than this only one other Air Jordan IV was retroed with the Mars face laser printed on the side. With 2005 being the twentieth anniversary of the Air Jordan, Jordan Brand brings out a special edition of the Air Jordan IV. Taken from the design inspiration of the Air Jordan XX, the retro Air Jordan IV contains laser print all over the shoe. This was also a very important release in Jordan Brand history as it was the second online exclusive package to date.

After the first two colorways of the original Air Jordan III were not very bulls-like, the third colorway released lives up to the name. The "fire red" version was also the last original Air Jordan III colorway to be retroed. Some say saving the best for last after we got teased a few years before it was actually retroed when Derek Anderson appeared with a player exclusive "fire red" Air Jordan retro III of his own. But nonetheless nothing beats an original.

Last but certainly not least in 2007 we finally get the "fire red" Air Jordan III. The final original colorway to get retroed, and one of the most popular at that. These retailed for $125 which is a $15 increase from 2003's retro of the white/cement colorway.
