Here is something most people never see. This is an example of the different kinds of boxes that have been and still are being used for player exclusive sneakers. As you can see most of the boxes are the generic ones for the time but instead of a labeled box tag they mostly either come unlabeled..

To go along with the retroing of the Air Jordan I and II in 1994, we also saw the return of the Air Jordan III. This is the same box used for the 1 and 2 Retro in 1994 which were all released to celebrate Michael Jordan’s tenth year in the NBA.

As the tenth year anniversary continued, the Air Jordan 2 Retro was released. This is the box used and it was issued in 1994. The box is the same one issued for both the Air Jordan 1 and 3 Retro that were also released in 1994.
