I can remember back in 2000 when the men’s US Basketball team was going to play for gold. When the game started Nike posted up two pairs of shoes - Gold Shox BB4s (first Shox released) as well as Gold Flightposite IIs - both limited to 500. I still have my Shox and Flightposite IIs….
I was a little dissapointed when nobody created limited shoes for this years finals as this should have been the start of another great US Men’s Gold Medal Run. I know there will be kicks dropping later but that is kind of lame… after the games are done here are your kicks…..

It is funny - when these dropped they dropped right when the game started. This time around shoes dropped more than a month after the game. Don’t get me wrong - I think the LeBron VIs was done right - just sooo late.
