As the sneaker community continues to diversify, companies from across the industry seek new mediums of inspiration to get ahead. Just recently, skater-friendly brand Vans looked towards abstractionist painter Piet Mondrian to form their Mondrian Authentic Pack. Borrowing cues from the Dutch painter’s trademark Composition style, the pack features three multicolored versions of the vulcanized Authentic. The pairs are now available at Japanese retailer Flauge.
