Nike Zoom LeBron VI ‘Home’ Released In Europe

For most of the entire regular season thus far, King James has been wearing a white/varsity red/3M colorway of the Zoom LeBron VI, pictured below, and while it seemed that this colorway would remain a PE for weeks now, it has indeed dropped in Europe of all places, and is now available on Europe’s Nikestore.com.

Made of a white synthetic leather upper with hits of varsity red along the heel, Swoosh and tongue, this version of The Six is definitely hit off by the 3M graphic that borders the collar and eyestay and is most visible along the midsole. There’s no real official naming of the pattern that we’ve heard, but it resembles somewhat of a digitized camo print in keeping with themes of battle and being a “Soldier.” Guess there’s just something about athletes playing in Cleveland and being a Soldier.

While there’s no concrete info just yet about these hitting stateside any time soon, there’s already some murmurs that these will drop around Spring ‘09 at your usual suspect spots like the House of Hoops and some select Urban Accounts, so you might not want to rush off and PM all your Euro contacts right this second unless you simply have to have these now. We’ll be sure to keep you posted and update you once we know more about a US drop.

Finally some love for the European fans, I wouldn’t worry about these releasing in the US though, because I don’t believe NikeBasketball every kept a Euro-exclusive, exclusive. Usually the US even gets ‘em at a better price too.
