Nike has two pairs of McDonald’s All-American themed kicks dropping nationwide this weekend, as the Kevin Durant Nike Blue Chip and Kobe Bryant Nike Hyperdunk will be releasing soon in the familiar black/blue/red/yellow colorway. Both sneakers include each player’s high school jersey number, 3 for KD and 33 for Kobe, along the medial sides of each shoe, while other details include each player’s logo along the tongue or collar of the shoe. The Blue Chip features a rich suede upper while the Hyperdunk goes the patent route, and look for these two shoes beyond the House Of Hoops this weekend, as they’ll be hitting urban accounts tomorrow as well as Eastbay Vault this weekend.
Details along the upper aside — that insole is fresh!

I love the Hyperdunk. Arguably the best all-around basketball shoes in the past 2 seasons. But the colors are an eye sore. I would much rather buy an all black hyperdunk then these atrocious collaboration of color.

I was lucky enough to get the last HD in my size yesterday at my local urban account.
Love em, but threw the extra blue laces on and I think they look MUCH better.

Wow Hyperdunks, or blue Chips, its such a close matchup, I just bought the hyperdunks, in gray, I’m hoping they live up to the hype when I take these babies to the courts.
