Remember January 25th, 2008, the day the first Air Jordan XX3 was released? Well I sure do, the beginning of the end so to speak and what a way to do it. In true Jordan fashion the beauty of a great colorway combined with a super limited availability, there really was no other way they could’ve done it. Unfortunately.
This brings us to the present, it is now November and we have just about six weeks left in 2008. Everyone is getting ready for Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. But us sneaker lovers out there have much more on our plate than turkey and stuffing. We have Jordans, Jordans and more Jordans. It started with the definite cop of the Jordan 11/12 Collezione and upgraded to which of the three colorways of the Jordan XX3 will I get or be able to get on Black Friday?
Can I get all three, maybe? Then the Spiz’ike’s that were once doomed to be just a Euro exclusive made their way over here after all to end the year with a bang (and no not your usual New Years Eve celebration’s). Throw in the Doernbecher I’s, the re-release of the “Nelly” Laser Six Rings to a wider distribution along with numberous others and people are just overwhelmed. Well, prepare yourselfs for one more final suprise from Jordan Brand.
One more final colorway of the Air Jordan XX3 will be released this December. A premier release like the titaniums, these will only be available at the Top 23 Jordan Brand accounts in the U.S. again with each store only receiving 23 pairs making the total amount of pairs available 529. Retail will most likely be $230 as these are another premier colorway complete with the wooden shoe forms. In true Jordan fashion, these are basically the colorway everyone’s been waiting for.
A true black and red colorway with nothing else mixed in. While we’ve had bascially two Bulls themed colorways so far all have had white thrown in there somehow, but not this one. This one is completely black-based with only red accenting the rest of the shoe. Jordan Brand definitely saved the best for last so to speak.
As stated above these will be a super limited release slated for sometime in December. No official date is confirmed yet but stay tuned as when we have it you all will be the first to know. Retail once again should be $230 and availability will be 23 pairs per store at the top 23 Jordan Brand accounts in the U.S. Remember, we now have a few more House Of Hoops locations so the store list might’ve changed a bit. When that is confirmed as well, look for an update here.

The only reason I’d buy these would be to trade for a pair of Titaniums. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to camp for these (the same way I didn’t have the time to camp for Titaniums), so I’ll just stick to searching for some white/red XX3’s on eBay.

This colorway doesn’t work, even the reds(sole/collar) don’t seem to match.
A shame, they should’ve just used the Bibby PE colorway, and placement.

this is sad.. unless u sleep outside the store.. which not most of us can go to,, we cant cop em.. and i believe.. rich people will get a reservations and pay more papers.. this is crazy.. 529 pairs aint enuf fo millions of jordan fans waiting.. sad release.. i wish they shudnt have released it with the 3 xx3a.. too bad

i wouldnt mind paying 230 + tax + shipping.. just sell it to public MJ!.. why are they so hard on not so rich people.. this is bs..! makes some people sick.. now i felt i changed my mind on buying the any of the 3 pairs on black friday..

JB has gotten to damn greedy lately. First the bombard us with 3 pairs of
nice XX3 colorways in one month, then we have a highly anticipated 2 pack dropping
this December and as a final spit in the face to the fans, they decide AT THE LAST
MINUTE to release one of the nicest looking colorways in the same exact month
making them limited AGAIN.

Awe Come On! I was in Georgia at Walter’s for the titaniums. I was out there for 2 1/2 days waiting on the shoes only to realize that I wasn’t going to be able to get them. Now here it is getting ready to be December and they decided to do something like this. What about the people who are real fans that only want to buy the shoes and keep them instead of reselling them on ebay for a profit? To me any xx3 that jordan brand makes will be worth getting cause MJ been going strong for 23yrs. I am a real die hard fan and I only wear jordan. None of that team shoes junk like 12.5 or b’loyals. I mean real jordans. They should at least been a flight club exclusive if anything but I guess this is how they do their loyal customers. I am very upset about this. Oh to let yall know, I was the 24th person in line when the titaniums dropped so imagine my frustration.
