DVS Original Intent Skate Bar Series

DVS’s Original Intent line was created with skating in mind - hence the name. With their Skate Bar Series, they have paid tribute to three legendary watering holes of the skate scene. New York’s Max Fish, Miami’s Purdy Lounge and L.A.’s The Dime have helped define the skate lifestyles in their cities. They have served as not only a place to have a cold one, but as a gathering and meeting place for the scenes. As an added bonus with this series, not only do these shoes pay tribute to these famous bars, but they will also get you a free drink if you are of age. Hidden in the footbeds of these kicks are drink tickets for a free beer which can be redeemed at any of the locations.

In tribute to The Dime, this Gavin CT features a traditional colorway with red accents nodding to L.A.’s famous red carpets. These kicks are available now are retail for $45.

This special version of the Zered was created for Max Fish. The colorway is based on this NYC landmark’s bright and vibrant interior. It releases in mid-June and retails for $65.

The Dayton was used as the canvas for this tribute to Miami’s Purdy Lounge. The bar’s palm tree mural served as inspiration for this colorway. This entry to the series releases in mid-July for $47.
