Converse’s 100th Anniversary has proved to be quite the high-profile extravaganza as the brand has loosed a bushel of exciting new models, reissues, and collaborations on the market. The celebration continues on through November (Hopefully we’ll see a memorable send-off in December!) with Chuck Taylor All Stars and the Jack Purcell “Flight Jacket.” Unfortunately each and every of the aforementioned models is likely a Japan-only release. If you’re nestled in that portion of the world, you’re in luck. If you’re not, it’s time to get a connect!
The “Flight Jacket” receives inspiration from an old-wartime pilot’s coat and is distinguished by a faux-fur inner lining and a sturdy, stitching-reinforced upper. A primarily black model and army green option will be offered. The brand’s most iconic release, the Chuck Taylor All Star, will be released in a suede lowtop and a mid that’s enlivened by a beautiful Hawaiian flower pattern. Already released but pictured above is the brand’s All Star partnership with Danish fashion brand Wood Wood.
