Released in 2004, this was the 5th Puerto Rico edition Air Force 1. This one slightly different from the 3rd edition released in 2002. It features a red Swoosh this time around along with an obsidian colored sole. This shoe also features the Puerto Rico national flag embroidered on the heel.
