Most of the time, we try and have all of the answers to your shoe questions, and hopefully there’s a pretty picture involved to distract you from all that boring text too. Every so often though, there’s a shoe out there that we really have no clue about would like to learn more about. Like this amazingly refreshing new silhouette from adidas, worn by Josh Smith, for example. Smith rocked these at the adidas Nations Camp in Dallas last month, and surely he was getting some summer weartesting in for some future Stripes product. The way in which the three stripes wraps around the heel and takes the focus away from the more subtle midfoot makes for a certain added sleekness that is always welcomed, and I can’t wait to find out more about these.
In the same frame, you can also catch a glimpse of the adidas Nations exclusive EQT Top Ten 2000, as worn by current High School legend, Lance Stephenson, wearing #30 and to the right of Smith.

This shoe, in different colorways, is up on Adidas’s newly reworked website, and is called the “Mad Clima College.”
