The 2009 NBA All-Star Weekend has come to a close, and over the past three days we’ve seen quite a few special edition sneakers gracing the hardwood. Whether it was Terrell Owens breaking out a limited Zoom Kobe IV en route to winning MVP of the All-Star Celebrity Game, Derrick Rose hitting us with three flavors of the new adidas TS Lightning Creator or Joe Johnson and Ray Allen debuting the Air Jordan 2009, the weekend was filled with much to talk about. The grandest stage was undoubtedly set during Saturday night’s Dunk Contest, as Dwight Howard and his adidas TS BOUNCE Commanders battled against Nate Robinson and his ‘KryptoNATE’ Nike Foamposite Lites. Awesome line-up, Daequan Cook is actually wearing the Adidas Fly By.
Best sneakers for me, were the Rookie Challenge colorways, all of ‘em really, the purple Lightning Creators leading the way.
Also JR Smith’s Flight’s deserve an honourable mention.

although i was kinda glued to the lime green kryptoNate ones
, jr smith’s flight clubs (i’m a see if i can cop those…they remind me of the vc 1′s and the gary payton shoes) of course the hyperdunks (the silver ones and the blue ones…heck they look good in damn near any color)
,the air jordan 2009′s kevin durants bright orange kd 1′s, the purple and orange commanders ( i got love for adidas) that mike beasely wore, danny grangers hurache 09′s (make me say…what are those?)

Nates foam’s are fire. Colorways are to deep.
Roger Mason’s 1st round knock out was ridiculous. but his shoes were very clean.
Shaqs are the ugliest shoe to be put on the planet. but if they can make you dance like a jabawockee, i would take it anyday.
