After a few years of being off the shelves, the Jordan Dub Zero’s are returing in 2009. This is not a one and done deal like in 2006 either, there’s plenty of colorways in store.
This April the first colorway will be released. It will white/varsity red/cement grey/black and retail has jumped up $10 to $160. Inspired by the “white/cement” Air Jordan IV, this Dub Zero should go over well with fans of the shoe. The laser print detailing on the upper is more defined this time around, not to mention it being leather (the previous colorways all featured suede.)
Patent leather still remains on the toe area wrapping around each side of the shoe. The midsole on these is where the Jordan IV inspiration really comes in with it being the same cement look found on the white/black colorway. Finishing off the shoe is the visible air unit in the heel which is where the red comes in (red is also found on the Jumpman on the tongue). Only question remaining here is how many of you actually remember which Air Jordans are featured in this shoe and where?
Lookout for this colorway of the Jordan Dub Zero to release on April 18th and retail for $160. Word is they will be a limited general release so as the release date draws near make sure to check in with your local stores to see if they will get these in. NE301 you also forgot the 11′s, very nice edition BTW, and maybe it’s the size, but the spoiler seems in better proportion than on the OG Dub’s.
