Two New York City legends discussed sneakers and style. As part of a video series for Puma, Walt "Clyde" Frazier and Bobbito Garcia talk the origin of how the former New York Knick's Clyde silhouette took basketball sneakers off the court, and into everyday streetwear. Puma and Frazier played on that aspect due to the majority of the posters and ads for his sneaker would show him dressed in his signature Clyde hat, mink coat and suit, all while sporting his sneakers on his feet rather than a traditional dress shoe.
