In another sneaker ad with too many words for today's attention spans, we get a motivational story of not sleeping in to get out in your Asics and run. The ad contains two shoes from Asics, the GT-Quick cross-trainer (in mid and low versions) and the Gel Saga running shoe. With its clean, simple, timeless design, the Saga has become one of the favorite models of all retro Asics runners. In the past week alone, Sole Collector has covered the releases of the Patta x Asics collaboration of this shoe, as well as the new Ronnie Fieg Saga II. Here we get to see the shoe in two original colorways including the popular Black/White/Purple version. Another cool thing about the ad is something you won't find often today: no internet address! In the good ol' days, you had to call the phone number provided at the bottom to find the Asics dealer nearest you.
